our practice

We are a privately owned, two-doctor practice, giving you the confidence that your cherished pet will receive continuity of care and always be treated by an experienced, American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologist board-certified Veterinary Ophthalmologist.

our communication

You will have ample time to discuss your pet’s care with the ophthalmologist, who will carefully explain her examination findings so that you have a complete understanding of your pet’s diagnosis and available treatment options. We leave plenty of time to address any of your questions/concerns you may have.

Our staff will guide you through each and every step of the process. We are available by phone or email should you have any questions at any point. We are here for you and your pet!

our patient care

We use our experience, advanced training, expertise, compassion, and teamwork to provide patient care that is second to none. Whether your pet needs medical or surgical care, Dr. Samuel or Dr. Mancuso will create a custom-tailored treatment plan personalized for both you and your pet‘s needs. If needed, an anesthetic protocol and surgical plan will be designed for each pet as an individual with their particular health concerns, history, and personality in mind to minimize your pet’s stress while optimizing post-surgical recovery and treatment success.

our partnership

We consider your primary veterinarian to be a key member of your pet’s health team while your pet is in our care! Our ophthalmologists will collaborate with your primary care veterinarian to ensure your pet is receiving outstanding care. Each time your pet is seen at our practice, your primary veterinarian will be updated.
