Take 95 North to Fredericksburg. Exit at #133 onto Route 17 north. Continue on Route 17 until it ends at Route 29 in Opel, VA. Turn right onto Route 29/15 North. Go approximately 15 miles. Turn left onto Route 15 north. Take Route 15 north for 24 miles to the Route 15/Rt. 7 bypass exit. Go approximately 1.5 miles and then bear right onto the ramp for Rt. 7 Business toward Leesburg. Do NOT follow the signs for Fort Evans Road directing you to pass Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets. Merge onto Rt. 7 Business/E Market Street. At the second traffic light, make a right onto Plaza Street NE.
